The Octorara Area Board of School Directors normally hold their monthly Work Session meetings on the second Monday of each month (with the exception of July and December) at 7:00 p.m. in the Octorara Jr. High School Multi-Purpose Room. The Regular Meetings are held on the third Monday of each month (with the exception of July and December) at 7:00 p.m. in the Octorara Jr. High School Multi-Purpose Room. There is no Work Session held the month of July. The December meetings are held the first and second Monday of the month. All meetings are open to the public.
The Facility Committee meets at 6:00 p.m. in the Jr. High Multi-Purpose Room prior to the Work Session on the second Monday of each month with the exception of July and December.
The Policy Committee meets at 6:00 p.m. followed by the Finance Committee in the Jr. High Multi-Purpose Room prior to the Regular Meeting on the third Monday of each month with the exception of December.
The Education Committee meets at 6:00 p.m. in the Jr. High Multi-Purpose Room on the fourth Monday of each month. There are no meetings held in the months of November, December, May, June, and July.
All Committee meetings are subject to change - please check agenda before each meeting for exact time. All Committee meetings are open to the public.

Presentations and documents presented for the Board of Directors will be contained in the approved meeting minutes and on this website. Any representation of presentations and/or documents through sources other than the approved meeting minutes or this website are not endorsed by the Board of Directors of the Octorara Area School District.
